Refund Policy

At JP Software Services, we are committed to providing high-quality IT training, internships, and project development services for students and customers. This policy outlines the terms for cancellations and refunds while ensuring compliance with Indian laws.

1. Cancellation Policy

  • Cancellations can be requested within 2 days of registration/payment.

  • Requests must be submitted via:

  • Cancellations made after 2 days from the payment date will not be eligible for a refund.

2. Refund Policy

A. Training & Internship Programs

  • If a cancellation request is made within 2 days, a 100% refund will be provided.

  • No refund will be issued if the student has:

    • Attended any live class.

    • Accessed course materials, recorded sessions, or assignments.

    • Withdrawn voluntarily after the refund period.

B. Project Development Services (Students & Customers)

  • Custom Software, Web, App Development & Other IT Services

    • Projects developed for customers (businesses, organizations, individuals) are non-refundable once work has started.

    • If a cancellation request is made within 2 days and no work has begun, a partial refund may be granted.

    • If development has started and resources have been allocated, no refunds will be provided.

    • Customers must ensure that project requirements are clearly defined before confirming the order.

  • Academic & Live Projects for Students

    • If a student cancels within 2 days and no work has started, a 50% refund will be provided.

    • If project work has begun, no refund will be provided.

    • Changes in project scope after confirmation will be subject to additional charges.

3. Special Conditions for Internship & Placement Programs

  • If a student fails to meet eligibility criteria or violates internship rules, no refund will be given.

  • If a student voluntarily withdraws after 2 days, no refund will be provided.

4. Legal Compliance & Indian Laws

This policy complies with:

  • Consumer Protection Act, 2019 – Protects consumers from unfair trade practices.

  • Information Technology Act, 2000 – Governs digital transactions and online services.

  • RBI Guidelines on digital payments – Ensures secure refunds for online transactions.

5. Non-Refundable Cases

  • Delays caused by third-party services (payment gateways, internet issues, etc.) do not qualify for refunds.

  • Refunds are not applicable for customers violating terms of service.

  • Customers who fail to provide necessary details/documents for project completion will not be eligible for a refund.

6. Project & Course Rescheduling

  • Customers/students can request a reschedule of their training or project without additional charges before the refund window closes.
